Proposal for a commercial development on Kilifi Creek, Kenya. The design includes luxury apartments, boutique restaurant and bakery. The small triangular shaped plot with an existing boundary on the north and cliff edge on the south posed both interesting and challenging constraints to work with. The singular 4-storey block of apartments has one apartment per floor. Each are 2-bedroom ensuite flats with breathtaking sea views.
